A deep tumor photodynamic therapeutic device injects a specific X-ray excited photosensitizer into the treated object by intravenous injection and the photosensitizer is collected at a tumor tissue; after X-ray excitation, singlet oxygen is generated; and the deep tumor is processed by photodynamic therapy. A radiotherapy device formulates a radiotherapy scheme meeting a treatment requirement to carry out radiotherapy on the tumor tissue. A deep tumor photodynamic / radiotherapy combined device can carry out photodynamic and radiotherapy processing on the tumor tissue simultaneously. According to the invention, the photodynamic / radiotherapy combined treatment can be carried out on the tumor tissue according to a set parameter and independent photodynamic or radiotherapy treatment can be realized.
