Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for judging materials of electrical equipment coils. The method comprises the following steps of performing transillumination imaging on electrical equipment coils to be tested through X rays; measuring by using an obtained transillumination image to obtain structural sizes of the electrical equipment coils to be tested; selecting two different measurement points from the transillumination image, measuring gray values at the measurement points and calculating the transillumination thicknesses of the measurement points; calculating an absorption coefficient of the electrical equipment coils to be tested; comparing the absorption coefficient with absorption coefficients of different metal with the same energy grade under the X rays to judge the materials of the electrical equipment coils to be tested. According to the method for judging the materials of the electrical equipment coils, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that an internal structure of electrical equipment to be tested is unknown, the judgment of coil materials can be finished by the X rays, and the operation of detaching the electrical equipment to be tested is avoided, so that the simplicity in operation is realized, and the judging efficiency of the materials of the electrical equipment coils can be effectively improved.
