According to the system, a test paper is shot or scanned through an electronic terminal to form an image document; noise removal, inclination rectification and page analysis of the image document are carried out through an image processing server to generate a machine-readable document and an artificial paper marking document; text of the machine-readable document is cut, combined and identified by a machine-readable processing module and is then compared with pre-stored standard answers to acquire a machine-readable scoring score; an artificial paper marking processing module is made to receive the artificial paper marking document outputted by the image processing server, respond to input of a paper marking teacher and store an artificial scoring score; a paper marking result push module is made to carry out addition of the received machine-readable scoring score outputted by the machine-readable processing module and the received artificial scoring score outputted by the artificial paper marking processing module to acquire a total scoring score, and thereby the test paper in a common mode can be rapidly and accurately identified.
