The monitoring system comprises a plurality of plasma beam machining monitoring devices. Each plasma beam machining monitoring device includes a temperature detecting unit, a horizontal moving controller, a distance detecting unit and a print distance adjusting controller. The method comprises the steps of first, acquisition of a three-dimensional model of a workpiece to be prototyped and layered slicing processing; second, scan path filling; third, print path acquisition; and fourth, printing layer by layer from the bottom to the top.
