The over-discharge early-warning circuit comprises a core control circuit and a voltage detection chip which is connected with the core control circuit, wherein the voltage detection chip is arranged independently relative to the core control circuit, and used for detecting a voltage of the battery when the electronic equipment is in a shut-down state, and feeding back the voltage of the battery to the core control circuit; and the core control circuit is used for receiving the voltage of the battery, comparing the voltage of the battery with a preset early-warning voltage, and transmitting an early-warning signal. The invention also discloses electronic equipment.
