Problems solved by technology

At present, the method being adopted at home and abroad is: when the early lung cancer lesions are close to the chest wall, the incidence of rib and chest wall damage is reduced by limiting the dose of tumor radiotherapy, so that the curative effect of radiotherapy is affected
At present, there is no such product research at home and abroad

Embodiment 1

[0015] Such as figure 1 As shown, a percutaneous puncture indwelling balloon lung pusher in the pleural cavity includes a balloon 3 with a visible mark 2 inside the balloon 3, and a guide wire 6 is provided at one end of the balloon 3. The other end of the balloon 3 has a catheter 4, the catheter 4 is provided with a connector 1, the catheter is provided with a dropper 5, the dropper 5 is provided with a pressure gauge 7, and the pressure gauge is connected to a saline bag 8.

[0016] The saline bag 8 maintains a pressure of 300mmHg, and maintaining a stable pressure can make the balloon evenly enlarged, and the outer sleeve of the thoracentesis needle is tearable, which can increase the comfort of the patient after puncture. The guide wire 6 is used to fix the position of the balloon 3. Using the law that the radiation dose is inversely proportional to the square of the distance, the tumor is pushed away from the chest wall by a certain distance, leaving a space for the dose...

Abstract

The invention discloses a sacculus lung pushing device indwelt in the pleural cavity through percutaneous puncture. The sacculus lung pushing device comprises a sacculus, a visual mark is arranged in the sacculus, one end of the sacculus is provided with a guide wire, the other end of the sacculus is provided with a catheter which is provided with a connector, the catheter is provided with a dropper, the dropper is provided with a pressure gauge which is connected with a normal saline bag. The lung is pushed away from the chest wall under the minimally invasive condition by means of the sacculus lung pushing device, damage of radioactive rays to soft tissue such as pleura, chest wall ribs and nerves during the large dosage radiotherapy process can be avoided, and therefore pleurisy and rib necrosis after radiotherapy are avoided. A patient can relieve from pain of an operation, and the curing purpose can be achieved through stereotactic radiotherapy treatment. The sacculus lung pushing device indwelt in the pleural cavity through percutaneous puncture can fill up a blank at home and abroad after being implemented, and application of a stereotactic radiotherapy technology in early stage of a lung cancer is more perfect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical device, in particular to a percutaneous puncture and indwelling balloon lung pusher in the pleural cavity, which belongs to the field of medical equipment. Background technique [0002] Lung cancer occurs in the epithelium of the bronchial mucosa. The incidence of lung cancer has increased significantly in the past 50 years. In industrialized countries in Europe and the United States and some large industrial cities in my country, the incidence of lung cancer has ranked first among malignant tumors in men, and the incidence of lung cancer has also rapidly increased in women. Increased, accounting for the second or third of the common malignant tumors in women. Lung cancer has become a major disease that endangers life and health. Treatments for lung cancer include surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy. Surgical treatment has been recognized as the first choice for the treatment of lung cancer, a...
