Each second mounting part is arranged between the corresponding two adjacent first mounting parts, and the distance between the second mounting parts and the edge of the body is greater than the distance between the first mounting parts and the edge of the body, so that the tool rests mounted on the first mounting parts and the second mounting parts correspondingly are arranged in a spaced and staggered mode.
