Abstract

The oil overflow preventing filter element comprises a top cover, an outer filter screen with the upper end fixed to the lower surface of the top cover, an inner filter screen provided with a closed chassis located at the lower portion and vertically arranged in the outer filter screen in a sliable mode, a locker provided with a rod-shaped member extending into the lower portion of the inner filter screen and used for controlling the position of the inner filter screen in the outer filter screen and a driving mechanism connected with the rod-shaped member and provided with the electromagnet for controlling the driving mechanism to pull the rod-shaped member, wherein the inner filter screen slides into the outer filter screen, the upper end of the inner filter screen is sealed with the inner wall of the outer filter screen or the top cover, the lower end of the inner filter screen is sealed with the lower end of the outer filter screen, and when the inner filter screen slides out of the outer filter screen, the upper end of the inner filter screen is sealed with the inner wall of the lower end of the outer filter screen.
