The driving mechanism and the belt pulley transmission apparatus convert a rotation movement of the motor drive apparatus to a curvilinear arc movement of the driving mechanism, then the driven mechanism converts the curvilinear arc movement of the driving mechanism to a movement locus of a finger, and the wrist is driven to move at the wrist massage apparatus. The rotation movement of the motor is converted by the four-link transmission mechanism and the belt pulley transmission mechanism to the curvilinear arc movement which is then converted by a herringbone rocker bar to the movement locus of the finger, and a rotating shaft on a finger sleeve rotates for a complete circle, so that a most realistic training effect of the finger can be realized; and when the finger is passively trained, the wrist is also driven to rotate, salient points on the wrist massage apparatus can massage the wrist, so that the training requirement of a user can be sufficiently met.
