According to the invention, the real-time positional information of the motor vehicle undergoes matching with information about parking-forbidden areas stored in the server of the system, and if matching is realized, the driver is prompted that the parking at the current position of the motor vehicle is not allowable; and if not, the driver is prompted that he should pay attention to surrounding conditions when parking at the current position so at to avoid influence to normal passing-through of nearby motor vehicles or pedestrians.
