The distal hole is formed via a sealing lip and is used for accommodating an inserted instrument and forming air-tight seal; the sealing lip comprises a central axis and a cross plane substantially perpendicular to the axis; the sealing wall comprises a proximal face and a distal face; the sealing wall comprises a protruding edge, a main rotation wall and a plurality of reverse grooves; the main rotation wall comprises a first rotation wall extending from the sealing lip to the protruding edge and a second sealing wall extending from the protruding edge to the sealing lip; the first sealing wall and the cross plane form a first angle and a second rotation wall and the cross plane form a second angle, wherein the first angle is less than the second angle and is less than 90 degrees; the grooves have the functions of increasing the circumferential circumference, reducing an enclosure area, improving the lubrication reliability, improving the axial extensional rigidity and the like, so that the frictional resistance and stick slip can be reduced greatly.
