Abstract

The invention discloses a skin moisturizing cosmetic composition. The skin moisturizing composition comprises 0.1%-0.5% of organic phospholipid, 0.5%-5% of malt oligosaccharide, 0.5%-10% of volatile siloxane and organic silicon wax and 0.2%-2% of an acrylamide thickening agent. It is wonderfully found that the unexpected improvement of the long-term moisturizing character is shown in the composition, and the enhanced feeling after use is further provided. In consideration of the character of each individual component used in the composition, the above character improvement is unexpected. According to the skin moisturizing cosmetic composition, a surprising and unexpected collaborative moisturizing effect is provided, and an obvious effect cannot be achieved when a component in the composition is singularly used or smaller than four components in the composition are compounded to be used.
