According to the biological treatment method and system, black and odorous conditions of the water body can be effectively solved, the denitrification effect is good, hydrodynamic force can be improved at the same time, dissolved oxygen is increased, and a self-cleaning capacity of the water body is strengthened; water quality of the water body is improved, redox potential of the water body is improved at the same time, endogenesis release of bottom mud is inhibited, and ecological environment of the water body is quickly reversed.
