The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding corona and on-line coating procedures between longitudinal stretching and transverse stretching in the process of producing the BOPET film by a direct melting method so as to form a non-silicon release layer on the surface of at least one side of a longitudinal stretching product, and then sequentially carrying out a series of procedures of transverse preheating, stretching, curing and shaping, and traction and rolling to obtain the BOPET non-silicon release film. The BOPET non-silicon release film provided by the invention has the advantages of uniform coating thickness, stable release performance after long-term placement, high residual adhesion rate, low aging, simple production process, high production yield per unit time and low cost.

This plasma oxygen generation device can balance the output flow rate and output oxygen concentration, and has a simple structure and low cost. Furthermore, the oxygen generation process does not produce harmful substances and poses no risk of secondary pollution.
