Abstract

The invention discloses a discharging method and system for a hybrid vehicle. The hybrid vehicle comprises a power battery, a two-way vehicular charger, a motor and an engine. The method comprises the following steps of: after receiving an external discharging request, detecting the own state of the power battery, and judging whether the own state satisfies a pre-set discharging condition or not; if so, controlling the two-way vehicular charger to convert direct current provided by the power battery into alternating current, and discharge to external equipment; and if not, controlling the engine to drive the motor to output direct current, so that charging to the power battery and discharging to the external equipment are carried out. Thereby, the hybrid vehicle can be continuously discharged externally; particularly, the hybrid vehicle also can be externally discharged when residual electricity is less; continuous electricity demands of users can be satisfied; and furthermore, high-power and high-efficiency discharging requirements can be satisfied through the power battery and the two-way vehicular charger.
