The pure water circulation equipment comprises a heat exchanger, a fan, a water replenishing pipe, a water storage tank, a circulation pump, a liquid level transmitter, a pressure transmitter and a temperature transmitter. A water replenishing device is arranged on the water storage tank. A degassing pipe is arranged between the water storage tank and the circulation pump in a communicating manner. The fan is arranged in the manner of being capable of preventing dust. The pressure transmitter and the temperature transmitter are connected with an alarm device. By means of the arranged water replenishing device, automatic water replenishing of a pure water device is achieved, and water can be effectively prevented from overflowing out of the water storage tank; by means of the arranged degassing pipe, gas gathering burnout of the circulation pump can be avoided when the circulation pump idles; by means of dustproof design of the fan, when the fan is not used, dust is effectively prevented from entering the fan so that the air blowing efficiency can be reduced; and the temperature transmitter and the pressure transmitter can reflect the temperature and water pressure of cooling water to a user in time and send information to the alarm device, and the alarm device can give an alarm in time when the water temperature and water pressure are too high.
