The method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: obtaining an associated user list of a target user; obtaining resources accessed by each user in the associated user list and access indexes corresponding to the accessed resources; calculating a recommendation index of each resource according to the resources accessed by each user in the associated user list and the access indexes corresponding to the accessed resources; and recommending corresponding resources to the target user according to the recommendation indexes. By adoption of the resource recommendation method and apparatus disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the recommendation indexes can be calculated by integrating the access indexes of the resources by all associated users of the target user so as to recommend the resources more accurately, and thus the recommendation effect can be improved.
