The method includes acquiring N portions of user data transmitted by N terminals; screening the user data with the least application program identifiers from the N portions of user data, computing unit-time power consumption of the application programs represented by the application program identifiers in the screened user data and gradually computing unit-time power consumption of the application programs represented by the application program identifiers in the remaining user data by the aid of the application programs with the computed unit-time power consumption. The user data transmitted by each terminal comprise the corresponding application programs which stop from running in the terminal, unit-time power consumption of the terminal before the application programs stop from running and unit-time power consumption of the terminal after the application programs stop from running. The method has the advantage that the unit-time power consumption of the application programs can be easily, conveniently and quickly acquired by the aid of the method.
