Abstract

The invention provides a processing method and a processing device for a tandem long message. The method comprises the steps of acquiring a calling message; if the calling message is the tandem long message, buffering all fragments of the tandem long message; after all fragments of the tandem long message is finished, transmitting one charging message to a charging center; and after a charging success message which is fed back from the charging center is received, transmitting all the buffered segments according to a sequence. According to the processing method and the processing device, the tandem long message is transmitted to a called user according to the sequence; furthermore charging and deduction of the tandem long message are performed according to a single message; only on the condition that the called user receives all the segments of the tandem long message, deduction is performed on the user; and on the condition of failure of any segment, deduction is not performed on the user, thereby improving user experience.
