Abstract

The invention relates to a multi-precision printing head of a thermofuse 3D printer. The printing head comprises an extruder, a working platform, a driver and an integrated nozzle; the working platform is used for installation of the extruder, the driver and the integrated nozzle; the integrated nozzle comprises a plurality of nozzle units with different precision; the extruder can extrude and return fuse materials; and the driver is used for driving the integrated nozzle to move along the working platform so that the fuse materials extruded by the extruder can enter all the nozzle units of the integrated nozzle. Compared with the prior art, the multi-precision printing head of the thermofuse 3D printer has the advantages and effects that structure forms of the extruder and the nozzle of the thermofuse 3D printer are broken, and a design method for a multi-precision printing head structure is provided; by design of the multi-precision printing head, optimal combination of the printing precision and the printing speed is achieved; and an array composed of a plurality of printing heads can be further constructed, and function expansion is achieved.
