Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: setting a sound field; placing a to-be-tested usp probe and a to-be-tested reference sound pressure sensor at the same position of the sound field; calculating the sensitivity of the to-be-tested sound pressure sensor; setting a holographic surface H; scanning and measuring point by point the sound pressures on the holographic surface H and the mass point vibration speeds in the k direction; using the sound pressures or the mass point vibration speeds as holographic input; reconstructing the mass point speed or sound pressure for each measurement point on the holographic surface H; calculating the sound impedance of the mth measurement point; calculating the sensitivity of the mass point vibration speed sensor at the mth measurement point; and averaging the sensitivities of a plurality of measurement points. The method of the invention is based on the near-field acoustic holographic technology and directly obtains sound impedance in different directions from the measurement or reconstruction of sound pressures and the mass point vibration speeds in different directions.
