Abstract

According to the invention, natural stilbite (STI) grain is taken as a raw material; the natural stilbite grain is roasted after ammonium exchange, so that the stability of zeolite is promoted; after cation exchange, the grain in 20-40 mesh is formed; and the adsorption property for volatile organic compound in the exhaust gas, such as, nitrosamine, can be promoted. The modified natural stilbite (STI) grain is added into cellulose acetate tow of a filter tip, so that a special compound filter tip for removing the harmful ingredients, such as, voltatile nitrosamine in the mainstream exhaust gas, can be prepared and the preferential adsorption for the nitrosamine in the mainstream exhaust gas can be detected. The natural STI zeolite adopted in the invention is rich in reserve volume; the mining cost is low; the preparation method is simple; the investment in industrialization is less; the production cost is low; and the natural stilbite adsorbent, as the adsorbent for the harmful materials in tobacco, has excellent application prospect.
