Abstract

The invention discloses a polyamide-amine-alkyl ester asphalt dispersant for high pour point thick crude oil. The dispersant is formed by a primary agent and a solvent. The primary agent is a dendritic organic compound with a plurality of acylamino, ester groups and amido functional groups, wherein the molecular formula of the compound is as shown in the description. In the formula, the solvent is one of benzene, methylbenzene, xylene and trimethylbenzene. The raw materials of the asphalt dispersant disclosed by the invention are wide in source, the synthetic process is simple, and the process is clean and pollution-free. The product is easy to obtain and transport and store. The asphalt dispersant disclosed by the invention has the advantages of small dosage and obvious economical benefit; meanwhile, the asphalt dispersant is good in temperature-resistance and salt resistance, and the asphalt dispersant can resist a temperature of 220 DEG C and the resistance degree of mineralization reaches 230000mg/L. The asphalt dispersant disclosed by the invention is good in universality, and has a relatively good dispersing effect to an asphalt matrix. When the dosage is 100ppm, the viscosity of high pour point thick crude oil can be reduced by 85% above.
