Abstract

A fused deposition modeling device is suitable for a fused deposition modeling machine and comprises: a high-molecular material, a container, a nozzle, a printing driving platform, and a computer system. A heater is arranged in the container for leading the high-molecular material in and heating and fusing the high-molecular material. The nozzle is provided with a nozzle pore and is disposed on one end of the container, so that the fused high-molecular material in the container is extruded from the nozzle pore. The printing driving platform is used for arranging the nozzle thereon so as to perform three-axial displacement. The computer system includes an interface control system and a data transmission platform. The data transmission platform performs slicing computation according to operation commands to generate printing data and transmits the printing data to the interface control system. The interface control system includes a control panel so that a user can control the printing driving platform to perform three-dimensional modeling operation by the fused deposition modeling device.
