Abstract

The invention provides a dynamic defense system for safety production of a power system. The dynamic defense system comprises a raster robot for arranging an electronic fence, a dispatching automatic D5000 system, a production PMS system and an OMS system, wherein the dispatching automatic D5000 system, the production PMS system and the OMS system are in data signal connection with the raster robot. The raster robot consists of an intelligent inspection tour robot, a laser fence transmitter arranged at the intelligent inspection tour robot, a reflective mirror being arranged at a to-be-inspected device and being arranged by corresponding to the laser fence transmitter, and a laser fence receiver, a photoelectric prompting device, a voice prompting device and a remote signalling output device; and the laser fence receiver, the photoelectric prompting device, the voice prompting device and the remote signalling output device are arranged at the intelligent inspection tour robot. On the basis of various on-line state parameters of the power system, a dangerous source and a risk source are identified intelligently by the intelligent inspection tour robot, the safety production environment is sensed automatically, and electronic fence safety measures like the laser fence are arranged dynamically; and thus a dynamic defense system for safety production can be established.
