The bottom-valve-free centrifugal pump water filling and gas exhausting device is composed of an upper replacement valve, a replacement tank, a connecting hose and a lower replacement valve. The upper side of the replacement tank is connected with the lower end of a pipeline with the upper replacement valve. The lower side of the replacement tank is connected with the hose. The lower end of the hose is connected with the upper end of a pipeline with the lower replacement valve. The lower end of the pipeline with the lower replacement valve is connected with a branch pipe which is drawn out of a pipeline from an outlet valve to a pump in an upward mode. By closing the outlet valve of the pump, the pipe opening of an inlet pipe is inserted into liquid, and the inlet pipe and a pump body are changed into a bottomless closed container without a bottom valve from a bottomed open container with the bottom valve before; and then the range of a confined space is changed through the upper replacement valve and the lower replacement valve, and the liquid in the replacement tank can replace gas in the inlet pipe and the pump body.
