This invention discloses a self-priming pump device in the field of self-priming pump technology, including a water inlet device, a self-priming device, and a water outlet device. The water inlet device consists of an inlet pipe and a filter device installed on the pipe, with a three-way connector installed at the end of the inlet pipe. The self-priming device includes an impeller, a first housing, a second housing, and a motor. The first housing has a first opening and a second opening on its side. The impeller is installed inside the second housing, and the impeller shaft of the motor is installed inside the first housing. The first housing and the second housing are eccentrically arranged. A pressure difference is formed by compressed air, causing the impeller to rotate. Self-priming is achieved through centrifugal force and thrust. This invention designs the first housing and the second housing to be eccentrically arranged, with the bearing seats and bearing holes offset from the center, and the length and width of each fan of the impeller are different.
