The dynamic adaptation method comprises the following steps of reading single and double card attribute values arranged in a configuration file of the terminal modem software; detecting a radio frequency card configuration value configured in the terminal modem software; and determining an enabled control port of a UIM card corresponding to the radio frequency card configuration value according to the radio frequency card configuration value; and setting control item parameters of the enabled control port in order to adapt the control item parameters to the single and double card attribute values. Through the technical scheme of the invention, one modem software can dynamic adapt to different hardware, so that a purpose of improving the hardware adaptation efficiency is realized.
