Abstract

The present invention discloses an unstructured integration analysis method of tumor-related scientific literature and scientific data. The method comprises: obtaining tumor scientific data and tumor science literature from open platforms; carrying out structured storage and classification on the tumor scientific data and the tumor science literature, and establishing the index; processing the tumor science literature, extracting relevant information of the tumor type researched by the literature and the adopted tumor scientific data types; and carrying out statistical analysis on reuse condition of the tumor scientific data to obtain the associated tumor science literature, or carrying out statistical analysis on the tumor science literature to find out the associated tumor scientific data. The method disclosed by the present invention has the advantages that the tumor scientific data storage platform can be associated with scientific literature data that is available in an open manner, so that the user can query the existing tumor research trend; based on a specific scientific data set, the scientific literature associated with the data set can be retrieved; and based on the specific scientific literature, the data set associated with the literature can be retrieved.
