Abstract

The invention discloses an indirect ELISA diagnostic kit for toxoplasmosis. A detection antigen used by the indirect ELISA diagnostic kit is recombinant protein rTgPP1 obtained after prokaryotic expression of a Toxoplasma gondii TgPP1 gene with a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID No. 1. The coating antigen in the kit is the prokaryotically expressed protein rTgPP1 which exists in a soluble manner under low-temperature induction and has a His tag in its N terminal, which is beneficial for large-scale purification of the protein rTgPP1 and emancipates antigen source from constraints.
