According to the incoming call prompt method provided by the invention, the network speed cannot be affected when the mobile terminal makes a call under the preset voice service, and meanwhile, the incoming call prompt is displayed in the target display area to ensure that the user can still operate the application during the call, and thus the mobile terminal can be prevented from being disturbed by the incoming calls when running the applications.
