Abstract

The invention includes a system and method for monitoring habits of a user of an electronic device. The method has steps of providing a presetting module for capturing and storing characteristics of the registered user in a presetting mode. The registered user characteristics including a) a first horizontal distance, the first horizontal distance being a first reference distance between two facial features of the registered user; b) a first vertical distance, the first vertical distance being a second reference distance between two facial features of the registered user; c) a second horizontal distance, the second horizontal being a third reference distance between two non-facial features of the registered body below the registered user's head, the two non-facial features capturable by the camera's view during use of the electronic device; and d) a second vertical distance, the second vertical distance being a fourth reference distance between the non-facial features and a facial feature of the registered user.
