Abstract

The invention discloses a method for comprehensively evaluating maintainability of rocker arm systems of coal mining machines. The method is implemented on the basis of a triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process (TFAHP) and a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, establishing a coal mining machine rocker arm system maintainability analytic hierarchy model and calculating a maintainability weight of each subsystem by utilizing the TFAHP; secondly, normalizing a maintainability quantitative index and quantitative data of each subsystem to obtain a maintainability effectiveness value; processing the quantitative indexes by adoption of the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model and processing the quantitative data by adoption of a linear mathematic model; calculating a maintainability index of each subsystem; and finally synthesizing the maintainability weight and maintainability index of each subsystem to carry out calculation so as to obtain a maintainability index of a rocker arm system of a coal mining machine. According to the system-level maintainability index, an optimum scheme in different design schemes can be determined, and weak links in the design schemes can be analyzed to propose effective improvement measures.
