Abstract

The invention relates to XBRL (extensible business reporting language) and agency bookkeeping technologies and discloses an agency bookkeeping system and method based on the XBRL technology and aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of bookkeeping. According to the system and the method, element semantics of an accounting element library are standardized with the XBRL, so that each accounting element has identifiability and unique accounting concept in the system; a bill database provides various necessary accounting element values for processing bills according to semantic definition of the accounting element library, and a specific bill can be traced back; a rule knowledge base stores and precipitates business handling knowledge of an accountant in a formula form according to the semantic definition of the accounting element library; a rule interpreter translates knowledge in the knowledge base into a computer intelligible language and computes a result on the basis of data in the bill database; a bookkeeping inference engine infers next action according to the computation result of the rule interpreter and calls the rule interpreter for computing processing; a voucher generator adaptively processes a result of the bookkeeping inference engine into accounting vouchers in various data formats.
