Embodiment Construction

[0055] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0056] refer to figure 1 and figure 2 An implantable Holter monitor for dynamically adjusting electrode configurations, comprising: a casing 2 , an electrode 1 , a circuit board 3 , and a battery 4 .

[0057] A plurality of electrodes 1 are arranged on a casing 2 , and a circuit board 3 and a battery 4 are packaged inside the casing 2 . A number of chips, antennas, resistors, capacitors, inductors and other components and connections are distributed on the circuit board 3, and the components are electrically connected to form a complete electronic system. The electrodes 1 are connected to the circuit board 3 through wires to realize the acquisition of electrocardiographic signals. The battery 4 is connected to the circuit board 3 through wires to supply power.

[0058] Wherein, the housing 2 is composed of two parallel symmetrical planes and a si...

Abstract

An implantable dynamic electrocardioscanner supportive of dynamic adjusting of electrode configuration comprises a shell. Multiple electrodes are arranged on the shell, a circuit board and a battery are packaged inside the shell, the electrodes and the circuit board are connected to acquire electrocardiosignals, and the battery and the circuit board are connected to supply power; the electrodes can form multiple electrocardio connection, a collection circuit at the front end of the circuit board is designed with multiple channels, the collection circuit is formed by parallelly connecting multiple collection channels with corresponding analog-digital converters, or is realized by means that multiple collection channels multiplex one single-channel analog-digital converter in a time-division manner or realized by adopting one or multiple multichannel analog-digital converters to perform analog-digital conversion on analog signals in each channel at the same time. The implantable dynamic electrocardioscanner has two features of patient individuation and dynamic configuration, and acquired electrocardiosignals are more accurate, more effective and higher in quality, so that medical diagnosis is assisted better.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of implantable dynamic electrocardiogram monitors, in particular to implantable dynamic electrocardiogram monitors for dynamically adjusting electrode configurations. Background technique [0002] Ordinary implantable dynamic ECG monitors, such as Medtronic Reveal LINQ and other products, have two electrodes and do not have the function of individualized adjustment of patients according to medical monitoring needs. [0003] In the U.S. patent (US 2014 / 0257072 A1), a three-electrode subcutaneous ECG signal monitoring device is proposed, which has two mechanical arms, and three motors are distributed on the two arms, one arm has one electrode, and the other arm two electrodes. Before subcutaneous implantation, the two robotic arms are merged. After subcutaneous implantation, they are opened using a pivot structure, and the two arms are connected by strings to maintain the angle. Form two vertical ECG leads. ...
