The intelligent pet management system is capable of automatically testing the heart rate, body temperature and other relative data of a pet, feeding back the data to a remote customer service side of a mobile phone through the internet, locating the position of the pet in real time, enabling a necklace camera device through the customer service side of the mobile phone, and feeding back video data to the customer service side of the mobile phone.
