The invention discloses a cross-platform theme association method, a cross-platform theme association device and equipment thereof, wherein the method comprises the steps of: obtaining the historical information of a user on a first platform; inputting the historical information into the theme model of the first platform, so that first interest feature information of the user is obtained; and inputting the first interest feature information into a cross-platform association model, so that second interest feature information is obtained, and thereby, recommending the information to the user on a second platform based on the second interest feature information. Thereby, the interest difference of the user on the different platforms can be considered; the problem that cross-platform data is inconsistent can be solved; and thus, cross-platform association based on the user is realized better.
