The method comprises the management at the following stages: (1) management at 0-2 days of age; (2) management at 3-7 days of age; (3) management at 8-30 days of age: feeding the chickens at 8-30 days of age in the ventilating environment with the temperature of 22-30 DEG C, the humidity of 65-75 degrees and the feeding density of 15-23 chickens/m<2>; during the period, a disease-resistant vaccine is injected once, disease-resistant feed is fed three times every day, the feeding amount is 20-38 g per chicken, and the chickens can move freely for 4-6 h every day; and the feeding management at all the stages is performed in a half-open type cage having undergone secondary sterilization.
