Abstract

A purification method for preparing a ketamine standard substance used for forensic scientific drug detection is disclosed. The method includes (1) detecting ketamine purities of seized ketamine samples, and selecting the ketamine sample the ketamine purity of which is not less than 50 wt% as a raw material for preparing the ketamine standard substance; and (2) preparing the ketamine standard substance by utilizing high performance liquid chromatography. The obtained ketamine obtained by the method is validated by nuclear magnetic resonance, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and infrared spectroscopy analysis, the purity value of the ketamine obtained by the method is determined by liquid chromatography and gas chromatography, impurities not responding to chromatography are measured, and according to standard substance development requirements, stability, uniformity, the fixed value and total uncertainty estimation of the prepared ketamine standard substance all meet related regulations, thus meeting excepted indexes.
