The fruit and vegetable multi-pesticide residue rapid detecting method comprises following steps: a 15+-0.5g pre-treated sample is weighed, and is delivered into a reagent bottle, 90ml of ethyl acetate is added, an obtained mixture is mixed to be uniform via shaking, sodium bicarbonate and anhydrous sodium sulfate are added, and an obtain mixed material is mixed to be uniform via shaking; the reagent bottle is subjected to water batch at 30+-3 DEG C, and is subjected to homogenizing for 1min in a homogenizer; an upper layer clear liquid in the reagent bottle is filtered, and a filtrate is collected; two parts of the filtrate are delivered into two pear-shaped bottles respectively, and are both subjected to water bath at 35+-3 DEG C; one part of filtrate is subjected to vacuum concentration to dry so as to obtain a residue, and the other part of filtrate is subjected to vacuum concentration toclose to dry.
