Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses an emergency service method and device. Abundant field information of the emergency situations can be provided, and the reflecting accuracy of the emergency situations can be improved. The method comprises the steps of sending a first access request to a first router in an open state to an emergency service function; based on the first access request, receiving a transmission bandwidth sent by the first router; and sending the emergency information to the first router by utilizing the transmission bandwidth to complete an emergency service reporting process.
