The automatic valve with the adjustable flow pressure comprises a housing and a valve rod, wherein a pressure cavity, a charge cavity and a discharge cavity which sequentially communicate with one another are arranged in the housing; a compressed air inlet and a charge hole are formed in the housing; the compressed air inlet communicates with the pressure cavity; the charge hole communicateswith the charge cavity; one end of the valve rod is a sealed end, and the other end of the valve rod is a limiting end; a joint of the pressure cavity and the charge cavity is equipped with a limiting structure; a joint of the charge cavity and the discharge cavity is equipped with a sealing structure; and a piston is arranged in the pressure cavity.
