The method comprises the steps of acquiring an initial grouping number of each diagnosisplan; computing actual consumption of a CPU, and acquiring a difference s between the actual consumption of the CPU and a consumption peak value of the CPU; when the difference a is more than 0, andsorting the initial grouping numbers of the diagnosis plans in a descending order and placing the same into a set; from a first element in the set, when the initial grouping number corresponding to the element is more than 1, subtracting 1 from the initial grouping number corresponding to the element to serve as a corrected initial grouping number corresponding to the element, meanwhile using a difference between the difference s and the CPU consumption capability corresponding to the element as the corrected difference s until the corrected difference s is not more than 0, and determining thecorrected initial grouping number corresponding to each element as a final grouping result of the corresponding diagnosis plan. According to the method and the system provided by the invention, CPU resources are fully used, diagnosis efficiency is effectively improved, and diagnosis time is saved.
