The air inlet volute comprises a volute inlet used for guiding in airflow, a main diversion section used for diverting and outputting the airflow guided in by the volute inlet, and an inlet transition section which is arranged between the volute inlet and the main diversion section and used for coupling an up stream air path pipeline to the main diversion section. The main diversion section is provided with an annular cavity used for accommodating the airflow which is guided in through the volute inlet and promoting the airflow to flow annually, and an outlet allowing the airflow flowing annularly to flow out axially. According to the air inlet volute applicable to the test dolly, volute loss is low; outlet flow fieldsare uniform; and outlet airflow angle distribution is uniform, and the angle deviation is small.
