Abstract

The invention provides a method for monitoring a great number of TCP service ports by zabbix, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: S1, starting a zabbix server; S2, newly constructing a template on the zabbix server and creating an automatic discovery rule; S3, on a monitored server, modifying a configuration file of a zabbix agent; S4, restarting the zabbix agent, so thatthe modified configuration file takes effects; S5, adding the monitored server into the template newly constructed in the step S2, starting the automatic discovery rule, and by the zabbix server, acquiring a result and writing the result into a database; and S6, by a zabbix web interface, viewing real-time monitoring data. According to the method provided by the invention, the server ports which need to be monitored can be rapidly and completely covered.
