Embodiment 1

[0025] Embodiment 1: the preparation of described reticopterin I

[0026] 1. Preparation of Reticula wavy extract extract

[0027] (1) Preparation of extract

[0028] 1.8 kg (wet weight) of frozen D. undulata (collected from the coast of Zhanjiang, Guangdong) were extracted three times by percolation with 5L 95% ethanol, each percolation for 2 days, and the extracts were combined;

[0029] (2) Preparation of extract extract

[0030] Concentrate the above extract under reduced pressure at a temperature of ≤45°C to recover ethanol to obtain 174.5 g of crude extract;

[0031] 2. Separation and purification

[0032] 1) Disperse the above crude extract in 2L of water to form a suspension, extract the suspension with ether (1.5L) four times, and concentrate the obtained extract under reduced pressure to obtain ether extract (54.3g);

[0033] 2) The diethyl ether extract was subjected to silica gel column chromatography, followed by petroleum ether / acetone and dichloromethanol / me...

Embodiment 2

[0047] Embodiment 2: The in vitro anti-tumor activity test of described reticopterin I

[0048] Cell lines: human acute promyelocytic leukemia cells (HL-60) and human lung cancer cells (A-549).

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of medicines and in particular relates to a novel natural drug which is extracted and separated from Chinese Dictyopteris undulate Holmes and has an antitumor effect. The drug is a steroidal compound dictyopterisin I. An in-vitro antitumor activity test shows that the IC50 values of the compound to a human acute promyelocytic leukemic cell (HL-60) and ahuman lung cancer cell (A-549) are respectively 1.26mu M and 1.35mu M, and therefore, the compound can be used for preparing an antitumor drug, can be prepared into an antitumor drug composition together with other drugs and can be prepared into dosage forms such as an injection, a tablet, a pill, a capsule, a solution, a suspension agent and an emulsion together with pharmaceutically acceptableauxiliary materials; and the administration route can be oral administration, intravenous administration, intramuscular administration or transdermal administration.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medicine, in particular to a new natural medicine with anti-tumor effect extracted and separated from Chinese Dictyopteris undulata Holmes. The medicine is a new steroidal compound dictyopterisin I (dictyopterisin I). Background technique [0002] With the progress of society, the resulting increasing work pressure and the deteriorating global environment, the incidence of malignant tumors is increasing year by year, and malignant tumors have become one of the major diseases that endanger human health. According to the latest data released by the World Health Organization (WHO), 8.8 million people die from cancer every year in the world, accounting for nearly one-sixth of the total number of deaths in the world every year. There are more than 14 million new cancer cases every year, and this number is expected to increase to more than 21 million by 2030. Cancer will surpass cardiovascular disease and becom...
