A first rotating rod is arranged on the horizontal sliding plate in a rotary manner. The first rotation driving portion drives the first rotating rod to rotate. A rotating screw rod is mounted on the firstrotating rod. The first rotating rod is provided with an ascending-and-descending slide block. The ascending-and-descending driving portion drives the rotating screw rod to rotate so that the ascending-and-descending slide block can slide along the first rotating rod in an ascending-and-descending manner.
