The method is characterized by comprising the steps of erecting a drilling platform and a guiding device in a casting well; manufacturing an external mold steel pipe of the piston well; by utilizing the drilling platform and guiding device, hoisting the external mold steel pipe of the piston well into the drilling platform by using a hoist; removing the drilling platform and guiding device; manufacturing an internal mold steel pipe of the piston well, plugging the bottom of the pipe and hoistingthe internal mold steel pipe of the piston well into the external mold steel pipe of the piston well; arranging an anchor fluke at the mouth of the internal mold steel pipe of the piston well as welland connecting the internal mold steel pipe of the piston well with a bottom plate of the casting well through the anchor fluke; and carrying out concrete construction of the bottom plate of the casting well. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the slurry-supported underground drilling is carried out by utilizing a self-made steel-frame guide rail device and a self-made steel framecooperates with a guide rail to limit and hoist the external mold steel pipe of the piston well; large drilling equipment is saved; and the previous problems of vertical errors of shell drilling andpositioning and leakage of pipe bottom grouting and plugging are solved.
