The method includes the steps of performing amplitude limiting filtering processing on the posture data frame sequence of the OptiTrack by adopting an amplitude limiting filtering algorithm to remove data frame noise; and adopting K-mean clustering algorithm to extract a key semantic frame of the denoised data frame sequence. The posture features of training samples are extracted by adopting a local linear embedding algorithm, and the key semantic frames are substituted into the posture features of the training samples by using a dimensionality reduction thought, the features of the key semantic frames are classified, so that the posture classification recognition is realized, and the human body posture can be recognized in a large range.
