The transport guide rail is in a ring structure in connection with a loading area and an unloading area and provided with positioning retaining blocks with inclined faces corresponding to the loading area and the unloading area. The transport vehicle comprises a vehicle body structure, a positioning mechanism, a brake mechanism and a heavy-load starting mechanism. The positioning mechanism controls the transportvehicle to automatically stop in the loading area and the unloading area, then the transport vehicle is cut off in power and braked through the brake mechanism, and according to heavy load and no-load conditions of the transport vehicle, inclination (height) conditions of two ends of an adjusting rod are adjusted through a heavy load start gear to enable automatic starting of the transport vehicle after completion of loading or unloading.
